Behavioral interviews – What you need to know and how to win!

These types of interviews are also known as targeted question interviews and are very popular with interviewers who are interested in how well employees will fit into a team. It measures and judges future actions within the company by asking the person being interviewed about their past actions. The types of questions may not matter as much as the responses because part of what is being judged is the applicant’s ability to fit in and work effectively with the rest of the team, i.e., the other employees of whichever company is hiring.
